Accrual of the fine. Already done last quarter when it became estimateable and reasonably expected. We have known this was coming for at least 3 months now and the outcome is exactly as Pascoe stated it would be. $1.4 million fine, set aside already last quarter. The bigger question is when is the BOD going to get some balls and get rid of the two who caused the whole mess.
