Thank god I just lost $15. I put a stop on the check mailed to E-trade to open an account. It has already been over 2 weeks and they still haven't cashed the check. Tonight I found out the turn around time to open an account is 4-6 weeks. Right! Good luck to all of you. I 'm going to try JB Oxford. any comments? martin
