A few thoughts on the NR... #1)That is really weird timing that I posted just yesterday and this came out today. I guess this company is pretty predictable. #2)I can't believe that they are shipping the ore all the way from Argentina to Quebec. #3)<<As an arrangement fee, Trilon Financial Corporation will receive warrants to purchase 2 million common shares of Yamana, subject to regulatory approval.>> More dilution for shareholders #4)It looks like debenture holders will have to OK this as the facility might make the interest payments subordinate. I am not sure in this point as all the info is not yet available. This does not look very good and the market doesn't seem to care. PHNPI
