I agree. It is pretty easy to skate. It would be helpful if the NASD carried the names of disbarred brokers and firms in their on-line database, at least for a reasonable period of time. When you call them they say their records go back only a few years. Maybe with some urging from the SEC and Congress they will rethink this policy. PatP
