From flyintigress on RB: TO ALL, Just finished talking to Lizette Piedra, the President of RPIX. I'll give this board the questions I asked and the answers I received. Know that Ms. Piedra took over this post only recently, replacing Barbara Gruenberg because of pregnancy leave. (Hey, life comes first, IMO!) :) 1. The PR firm was unpredictable and the price swings so wide. What are you doing to correct this? Answer: We're presently interviewing and auditing a lot of PR firms looking for just the right one. Just today we had two more companies contact us. We don't want a PR firm that will take the money and run. We plan on being around A LONG TIME, and want to find one that fits our business plans. 2. How's the web site going? Answer: We've been restructuring and have re-hired someone who's working on it... That's why its been down. 3. When will RPIX be a reporting company? Answer: They're working on being a reporting company in the near future. (Ms. Piedra's answer sounded sooner rather then later. (my observation) 4. How's the cash/financial health of the company? Answer: I can't can't tell you that. (I then rephrased the question) Additional Answer: Right now it's the same as it's been. There's a good possibility for the better. 5. How many outstanding shares are really out there? Answer: 15 million approximately and 5 million float, est. There will be some sort of communication to our sites in the near future. Something this President wants to do to keep us aware of the goings on and keep the communication channel open. Also, If anyone has any questions Ms. Piedra is the acting liason to the company until they find decent PR. Regards, tigress If anyone can transfer this post to the RPIX SI site, I'd appreciate it.
