Surely, those things had to be true with where MSFT is in the market. What I was referring to is that VV has about a 10% boundary around the "average" of a stock... when it gets below the lower 10% band, it is a sell.

The post, if you go back, was in response to an earlier post where it was said that no advisor would tell you to sell a stock. So I was showing where it does happen and that VV's level was then ABOVE where MSFT was trading.
