If you aren't familiar with the computer industry pre-IBM antitrust action, no need to reply. Regards, Dan PS - You've never been held up at gunpoint, have you? There is such a thing as an unwilling buyer, who is, nonetheless, a "buyer". And being held up comes in various degrees of obviousness - but a price is still established.
