Yougang, Strange, the ability to do live broadcasts is off the shelf? So why not live? Some SEC notification to all ruling equally?. There have been some such rulings here in Canada due to the fact that not all are web capable and so those that are get a jump ahead....so they want traditional PR methods, faxes, telegrams and other stone age stuff.
