Bill,
Ron Small here. No relation, I think, except that we're fellow shareholders of CGIX. I too have called Manzetti and talked to him. I wonder if he thinks all of the shareholders are named Small?!?
Anyway, I have decided to be very patient with this one, and if it goes back to the six territory, I'll buy more. Did everybody read the Volpe Welty report? Bloom makes a pretty compelling argument for CGIX being undervalued. Every other company in this systems integrator/client server industry trades at much higher multiples, and CGIX gets 70% of the jobs they bid on!
I just bought shares in another PA based systems integrator, ISCG, which is trading at a PE of over 100. Also CATP, the bellwether in the industry likewise got off to a fairly slow start in the market after it went public in 1993.
CGIX' technology is very cool, and I really like the way they focus on market segments that they can excel in. This stock is less than 10% owned by institutions, so if they ever want in, it will be nice.
