Nice to see ZICA mentioned as a short!! I have a bucket of short shares, and was beginning to think I was the only one! Every day a new press release touting some agreement, but never any hard numbers. I'd bet the agreements essentially read "We, the undersigned Big Telephone Maker, agree to include Zi's product into our phones at some point in the future if any of our customers ask for it." ZICA's a really empty bag, but it's annoying to see all the PR and the increased stock price. The earnings, on the other hand, should be a bright spot! -- Pete P.S. Anyone out there still short CSCC (formerly TMSR)?? Earnings, ah--so to speak, are due after the bell on Thursday... this is the last quarter they will be able to blame on the hardware division. This one might finally--FINALLY--be headed south.
