Epic Oil and Gas appoints board of directors Epic Oil and Gas Ltd EAS Shares issued 15,743,706 Nov 8 close $0.11 Mon 8 Nov 99 News Release Mr. Frank Donis reports On Oct. 28, 1999, Epic Oil and Gas Ltd. held their annual general meeting. The following individuals were elected to the board: Damien Reynolds, Alan Bernstein, Michael J. Hopley, S. Val Donovan and Frank W. Donis. Mr. Reynolds will assume the role as president for the ensuing year. Mr. Reynolds was a founding director of an oil and gas exploration company, Doreal Energy Corp., publicly traded on the Alberta Stock Exchange. Doreal is operating in Portugal, Columbia, and England. In the past year, Doreal has made a commercial oil discovery in Columbia and has discovered the first hydrocarbon (gas) find in Portugal's history.
