Possible. The point, of course, is that for every tech company going belly up because of flaws in implementation, there will be several tech companies selling the product that was being implemented ... for, like it or not dood, IT is here to stay!

Besides, if all companies are at risk of botched s/w implementation, the tech sector is at no more risk, right? So, either you go in cash, or you invest in tech companies over non-tech ones, following the rationale of the previous paragraph.
