I believe his point was that there is no valid presence of "press" people IN Chechnya...and Rubin is sure not unleashing his wife to go there to report another sensational genocide story;)

I find it so ironic that Maskhadov is appealing to Clinton for help and calling Putin a war criminal! He is appealing to who???????
