couldn't compete with msft's money muscles. At least when IBM was keeper of the "standards" you could get 18 feet of manuals which told you how to interface into the OS. That would be the best thing that could come from this affair, - if Microsoft were forced (by breakup or agreement) to issue the interface standards complete and to all parties at the same time. TP
