I read today that NW has a tenative date with the BK court of 11/29/99 to consider their reorg plan. So I assume that a decision is expected before then. If it doesn't come by then they can obviously reschedule the bk date. I'd be willing to bet part of a NXTL share that NXTL, NW and the FCC have had an ongoing dialog to settle the matter out of court. Can anyone, including the BK judge, seriously believe that NW can build out a system for less than $1B? It's beyond laughable.
