Your right that CDMAOne hasn't yet, but 1XRTT offers 20xAMPS and it is not HDR. Since it is compatible with CDMAOne maybe we could give Qualcomm the benefit of the doubt here? Besides, wasn't the 20X AMPS claim based upon an 8Kps vocoder and then operators decided they wanted 13Kps vocoder? Can you clarify?
