If it did, maybe we can draw an analogy to Q.>> As a matter of fact, Ford successfully challenged the 'Selden Patent' which covered the internal combustion engine and drive train elements necessary to make an 'automobile'. Until Ford's challenge, all automakers were paying royalties to the patent holder. Hope there's no analogy to be drawn. Quite a run we've been on.
