MD, I did send an e-mail to Gateway's sales dept. I asked why only one company's (MS) application suites are available to "choose from" (MS Works or MS-Office SBE), and why they don't offer Corel Suite instead of MS Suite. This was a few months ago. I got no response from Gateway. I would guess that, since they have a contractual obligation to force MS Suite on every customer, there was nothing more to say.
