Of course what their reorganization plan doesn't say is they plan to build a FIXED wireless system (apparently for $1 billion), then convert to 3G mobile for about $10 billion. I don't expect creditors will be pounding on the door to loan them money (been there, done that).

I think Salmasi is doing his best Paul Newman impersonation of the flim flam man.
