Be careful what you ask for, you might get it. Once DOJ can free up resources from MSFT. It will look to extend its influence over the internet.

Do you think there are any small companies with a chip on their shoulder ref AOL waiting for a day in court. Do you really think Mr. Case and his gang are any less competitive than Bill Gates and crew?
