Hi Steve! Hey I ws just looking at it from a worst case scenario. I don't think it goes down 50%, put with out knowing where it's going exactly I was just talking about it from a worst case valuation level.

Obviously, if management mentions that they could cut the dividend 50% and still maintain their REIT status ... they are going to cut the dividend. And without any guidance, I think it's prudent to figure it from a worst case scenario until we are told otherwise. Or am I wrong? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
