Simple answer...YES...Case spends ALOT of money on political lobbying(call it butt-kissing if you like), I call it knowing how to influence people for the sake of your company and your investors...That's something Billy boy never learned how to do...well now he's learning the hard way...Why else do you think when Case goes "crying to the DOJ" to open the pipes, they listen...Why is it when he complains that MSFT is a monopoly, do they also listen? You can rest assured Case greases the proper political hands, while Billy boy leaves those palms nice and dry!
