Hi Bill! I agree with you that you need to look at this from a worse case perspective. Seems that is what Wall Street is doing. Still, it could be a great opportunity. I think the time to buy may be just after the dividend cut is announced. My post was directed to the whole board. Someone else had asked the question of how the 50% figure had been arrived at. I was too lazy to go back to the original message to reply specifically.
