Violation of antitrust laws. Monopolistic behavior. Mind you, I'm not saying Intel is quilty of this...or even Microsoft but when you have a bunch of Lawyers up in Washington that want to get their pound of flesh from the information age...look out. They are soooo proud of themselves...high fives and all... More Lawyers in Georgia than the whole of Japan. And...notice....they always go for the deep pockets...be it Microsoft or the cigarette industry.
