Honestly I am not attempting to time the market. I really do believe the stock is very much at or near rock bottom. If someone will provide with a phone number to someone in management that you feel you have a good rapport with then I will happily call myself. I read what Dave Gore had to say about the delay in filing and I found it to be more than credible. That being said I also believe that it will be difficult for the stock price to see any significant upside until that Form 10 gets filed. I know people who can get one these done very quickly. If WINR's filing is still be put off then maybe it is time to look for help from another source. Like every other investor I have a finite number of dollars to invest. I would like to turn that into an infinite number of dollars. Certainly that cannot be done overnight. I look at WINR and I see a stock where much of the risk has already been removed. However until that filing is announced and everyone can see in black and white the actual share structure of this company this may be dead money. I like excitement. As always I am looking for a good return to sender. I have followed WINR for a long time. If everything falls into place as expected there will be plenty of upside. Sender
