Nothing scientific about it. I think it will benefit by Qcom's higher profile,and think the service will surprise folks to the upside. Jacobs and the Loral chief(whose name I am spacing out on right now(Bernie S?) are good, smart guys and I think they will pull it off. I do have concerns about the potential upside because the market is finite. If and when the stock pops, I'll worry about a target price north of 45.
