Edwin, do you sleep? It must be 3:00am where you are. I am home early from office to read. Putamayo's ethnic music (Irish this time) is playing. Yes, absolutely. Marriage does wonderful things to focus the mind. Wendy is certainly internet savvy and a believer of new-media. On another note, Harvard is putting on a case study seminar in HK on Yahoo and Barilla SpA next Monday and Tuesday and it will be packed with US$ 645 a pop attendees. My wife's "Women in Media" will attend in force. My clients and self will also take time out for the group think session. The internet tsunami is getting rolling. This Thursday will see the start of the Asia Venture Capital Conference (take a guess what the focus will be on, the word start with the letter "i"). The biggest financial crisis to date in our young minds is a wimper of a distant memory. The only lesson I got from the crisis is "when it blows, be in cash; when the ship starts sinking, don't prey, jump". Today's South China Morning Post business section is simply full of IT everything and also describes secretive syndicates moving stock prices of mediocre HK tech shares. Can not wait for the Japanese cash deposit investors getting into the swing of things. It feels like a party and the issue is simply when to leave, to leave and come back, or staying till the cleaning crew comes in the morning.
