I don't think any of us know what it is worth. That's the problem. I like Ariba's prospects better than Commerce One - at least on paper - yet look at Commerce One. It's off the charts. Ariba did run up over 200 not long ago and then pulled back down around the $150 range. I can't help you on the valuation, sorry. Go to ariba.com and read everything you can possibly understand. Personally, I'm quite content with the ARBA/SEBL alliance. How many corporations and large businesses are drooling to buy technology that will save them money going forward? No telling how much money is going to be thrown at these companies over the next three years. It's hard to gauge and hence, the valuations are up for grabs. Whether we nail them down as Godzilla plays or some other creature, it is clear that a tornado (or several of them) is forming. BB
