Folks:

Just a wee comment on one particular quote by Phil.

"With a stable cost base, Certicom should make its first operating profit early next year", Mr. Deck says!

Cleverly crafted phrase indeed!.

IMO please read... "CIC will breakeven and go into positive cash flow in the last Q (4) of this year (Feb-May 2000)-- unless CIC acquires some more companies...-- and then we will have a higher cost base and more goodwill to amortize".

Phil, if you please-- acquire cash flow positive, accretive from day 1, companies, and not be too generous with the issuance of shares and/or options (especially those $14 fellas).. motivate by real performance as much as possible!
