Larry or Any Others,
It appears that the company is at a crucial time: find $ to fund growth or forget about building or even manintaining a customer base.
When the stock price gets around $4, funding will come from equity market. Does it sound like they've got any solid leads on an adequate credit line that will provide for growth?
