Matt, then i can only suggest that either you do not look at your charts very closely, or secondly, that you do not examine your data.
I did not question Q's compression, which is one of its best features. My statement was to the reliability of Q's data, which has been poor and has not shown improvement. If you track any futures symbols. Gaps in price data occur on a weekly basis, if not daily basis.
Sorry, but there are other providers such as DBC, and BMI which are not plagued with weekly, or daily gaps in their data. Having 30 isps would not cure this problem, because it resides with Q and their initial data feed.
