eLottery to Launch New Lottery Portal Web Site www.eLotteryFreeWay.com

MILFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 1999--

Register for an Internet Investor Meeting on November 9th at 2:00 p.m. featuring a review and tour of eLottery's

new reward-entertainment web site at www.regsvc.com/elottery

eLottery, Inc. a subsidiary of Executone Information Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ELOT) announced that it will launch a new lottery portal web site
at www.eLotteryFreeWay.com which will offer lottery and entertainment games (for no consideration) with registered players earning "ePoints"
and redeeming them for cash and prizes. eLottery will launch www.eLotteryFreeWay.com during a special Internet Investor Meeting on
November 9, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Individuals may register to attend the on-line meeting at www.regsvc.com/elottery. After registering
participants will be e-mailed instructions on how to attend the interactive meeting.

Michael Yacenda, President of eLottery, commented, "With the launch of eLotteryFreeWay we will begin to aggregate an Internet community
who will be highly predisposed to purchase governmental Internet lottery tickets. The exciting games and a chance to win money and prizes will
draw players to our site where we will register, reward and entertain them. As the first lottery portal there are also significant opportunities to
capture a percentage of the $4 billion spent yearly on advertising by state lotteries."

As a web-based electronic ticket retailer, the Company's electronic lottery tickets can be sold through, and are compatible with, current on-line
systems. eLottery recently announced a contract to provide such capabilities for web-based retail sales of lottery tickets for the Jamaica
Lottery. eLottery will develop an interface with their current lottery operations which will feature Internet sales of tickets for the Jamaica Lottery's
existing "Lotto" and "Pick 3" games.

The Jamaica Lottery is a member in good standing of NASPL - North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries. Jamaica will serve
as a demonstration of eLottery solutions to the administrative, security, age control and border control issues of selling lottery tickets over the
Internet and the Company believes the site will be highly instrumental in obtaining additional contracts from other jurisdictions. The Company
also recently announced that it will market www.eLotteryFreeWay.com through Flycast Communications Corp. (NASDAQ:FCST), the leading
provider of Internet direct response advertising solutions.

eLottery is committed to leading the governmental lottery industry into the e-commerce market. The Company has developed, installed and
operated systems that have processed ten million e-commerce lottery ticket sales and transactions. It has operated Internet, Intranet,
telephone, communications, accounting, banking, database and other applications and services that can facilitate the electronic sale of new
and existing lottery products worldwide. The Company has also developed transitional e-commerce solutions for governmental lotteries, which
leverage the power of the Internet, while political, legal and social issues are simultaneously addressed.

eLottery is on the World Wide Web at elottery.com with demonstration games at elotteryworld.com.

Executone Information Systems, Inc. develops, markets and supports voice and data communications and information systems, including
