That appears to be the case so off label could be quite large. Formal approval for that will take years of data. The last thing the FDA wants to do is approve something that breaks what isn't broke.

Mike and I are good friends. I convinced him to do his necessary DD on the stock. Consider it is in a small group of non-west coast companies that he is long (HGSI the other that leaps to mind). The fact that he has had AK's removed and hates the current treatment made the convincing easier.
