Hi Scoob, I am relatively new in this activity and if my naivety shows........ I have felt all along that one of the shareholders' needs appear to be to have someone of very good market knowledge and who is also "one of them". This would need to be no more than one qualified individual on a board of maybe 7 - 8 people. I have always appreciated the input from those hard workers who really search and dig to come up with good answers/suggestions who make me feel that the watch dogs are on patrol and watching. As always, I consider myself to be in a big league and am happy to be the water boy. And Scoob, to you also a sincere thank you for your hard work. Jerry
