PatP you mentioned Todd Spehler as the Todd of Robert Todd Financial. I did come across this notice about a Todd Spehler filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on Long Island earlier this year.: Newsday Executive Edition: Week of May 31, 1999 Chapter 7 Chapter 7 is a liquidation bankruptcy involving an appointed trustee who sells all the assets by auction or other means to pay creditors and trustee fees.
