I agree Ron. Ewiser on RB also pointed out that more importantly in the short term, Tom needs to utilize his middle management more effectively and delegate more control of day to day to them. He needs to quarterback not play all the positions as he has tried. I think he is moving in that direction....slowly. btw....my subscription to SI is about to give out. I am getting prompted to renew. As I posted some time ago....I do not intend to continue paying....not happy with the changes....not as easy to navigate. I post alot more on RB now....but will miss PM's and miss those of you who don't post on RB. I hope my friends who post both places will keep me in the loop and copy back and forth when appropriate. Love you guys! But I'm a damn cheapskate! LOL
