TVI Corporation Reports Profitable Third Quarter
GLENN DALE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 1999--TVI Corporation released Tuesday its
financial reports for the third quarter, reporting a profit for the third consecutive quarter.
Unaudited results for the nine month periods ending September 30, 1999 and 1998 were as follows:

Allen Bender, president of the company, noted that revenues had continued at a consistent level for the third quarter with a good
mix of product sales.
Mr. Bender noted that interest in the company's shelter products remained high, and that there was a good backlog at September
30. Two significant orders were closed in October, further strengthening the backlog. Based upon the current backlog, the
company anticipates a profitable fourth quarter.
