freddie: By the # of posts here and elsewhere, I would say most people have been out, myself included. Rory, I tend to think once again that it is the big guys moving first...yesterday it was the giants, and today I notice OEI is moving, as is FLC....maybe by tomorrow the little guys will take off...one can only hope!
