With the generally brighter outlook, GEMS is set to move higher. Doggett has handled the difficulties he inherited with candor and efficiency, and increased the hopes for the future of the company by raising cash.

Volume is good today and the move to 3 5/8 is only the beginning.

What Doggett hasn't done yet is announce what the new products of the company will be. Expect increased interest in the stock when he does.
