I believe it is a small molecule substance based on 3d structure of binding sites on t-cells to help modulate immune responses. In other words it affixes itself to the binding sites on t-cells for hiv blocking entry through the portal... You can find out more through procept.com and I believe they have a patent on it as well that should be listed......
