First of all I would like to say that I am very pleased with the signing of the Sky deal. The true value
of this should be known to all, but won't be realize until some time in the future. This is a major
accomplishment from GG and it takes some pretty special business personnel to put a deal like this
together.

In terms of the deal what GG has accomplished is amazing. Basically, instead of going out and finding
10 million dollars in financing to promote the site they have found a sponsor. In conclusion all the
shareholders will be much better off. No private placement and no dilution of the stock.

I also asked Cliff if their would be a news release that provides the details on how the Sky deal is set
up. Well Sky has put a legal lid on the deal. What that means is that as Sky starts advertising
Premier5, it will then, and only then be brought to our attention. I believe that you should make your
own judgement call on the above. I already did and it didn't take much time to figure out.

As for the business models of the two websites, Premier5 is ahead of GoldenGoals.com. Not only is
the advertising free, but their is no insurance to be paid etc. Both models allow a certain percentage
to BET, but when you factor in other expenses Premier5 at the moment is ahead of GG.

Note on insurance. GG pays 2 installments for the insurance of the Million Pounds) and also a small
% of the revenues generated from the site. Premier5 does not need the insurance.

As for the negotiations with other Sponsors with the GoldenGoals.com website. Cliff mentioned that
they have been in negotiations with several companies for the Sponsorship. He mentioned that the
companies in the U.K. just love the idea. I did too, that is why I am a shareholder. He siad a deal
could be worked out in the next 2 to 4 weeks. I guess we shall just have to wait and see the impact
of this deal, but their is a chance that it could be better than Sky. That would be pretty hard to do in
my opinion, but if they can sign Sky, then they have the ability to do much more. They have basically
put this company on the map.

As for calling Cliff, I suggest that you give him a call. He is more than happy to accomadate,
especially when you are easy to talk with.

Sincerely yours
