re LifeOne has decided to interplead the shares into the Maryland court and name the agencies which have the responsibility to uphold these laws as parties to the action. This will provide the regulatory agencies the opportunity to participate in the process of determining the restrictions on the stock.

Sound like a smart move - ? does it only provide SEC et all the opportunity, or do they have to take part in the action ?
