Robert, given all the other technological innovations that have occurred, I believe you are selling the rest of America short if you think Windows is the best OS that would now exist if Gates had not suppressed opposition. For instance, virtually all their products have significant 'leakage' that reduces the performance of your computer ... but given their dominent position, they can deliver a product that should never make it past QA/QC. JMHO ... Stephen
