It could be that a couple of the "Big Funds" have decided that the "tech sector" is going to be flat for a while and have decided to roll out the sector into oil and such.

Remember this happened when, about 1996 ? when Fidelity was it decided to dump its then large position (40% of 55 BB) into other sectors??

Ya, know there is a website somewhere that shows the market by sector. Might be interesting to check, if anyone has it.
