Fuchi Thanks for the link to the picture of PII. It is the first time that I had seen it. The gentleman on the other thread mentioned that he would have been fired for designing a monster like that. After searching "design" on these threads, someone else explained that the huge heatsink was necessary in place of a cooling fan, to keep fan vibration from causing problems on the module sometime in the future. Looks like a hurry up design and not well thought out. Scheb
