You do not seem to get my point, goldsnow. I am not talking about Clinton's doing anything. I am talking about his saying something. What he has said so far is pretty wishy-washy, but at least he isn't comparing Putin to George Washington!

Besides, although there is little other countries can concretely do in this situation, there is quite a bit they can not do. For example, the IMF can decide not to release the latest tranche.
