This is called hard ball not restraint of trade. This is typical of the Judges findings. What might happen,what could happen don't a crime make. Just like a lot of tough talk like "let's cut off their air supply" is not a crime whereas choking someone to death is. Everything he cites is pure speculation. What might happen in the judges mind is not a punishable event. The DOJ, once they lose their attack dog Jackson, will have no case before the Appellate Court. JFD
