MENLO PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 9, 1999--Collabria, Inc. today announced that the
company will market Collabria PrintCommerce e-business service for printers, print resellers and
print buyers through the Ariba Network(tm) business-to-business e-commerce platform.

Collabria has joined Ariba Supplier Link(tm) (ASL) program, the Ariba
(Nasdaq:ARBA) supplier partner initiative designed to make goods
and services readily available via the Internet.

Collabria also announced that it will collaborate with Ariba on the
continued development of Commerce XML (cXML), an emerging
Internet standard for exchanging supplier content and transaction
information between buyers and suppliers. Collabria will use cXML to
make Collabria PrintCommerce e-business services for printers and
print buyers available via the Ariba Network platform. This integration
will allow joint Ariba(R) and Collabria PrintCommerce customers to
gain cost savings, efficiency and convenience when buying print
products and services.

The Ariba Network platform is an open, global Internet marketplace platform that: -- Provides buyers
with access to multiple suppliers' goods and

services -- Provides suppliers with a single point of integration into

multiple customers' buying processes -- Routes secure transactions between buyers and suppliers

To form a complete solution, the Ariba Network platform interfaces with the Ariba family of
business-to-business e-commerce solutions, including the Ariba ORMS(tm) application, an
intranet-based, enterprise-class application for buying organizations that automates and manages
the acquisition of operating resources.

Alan Hu, president and CEO of Collabria, said, "We're delighted to partner with Ariba in this strategic
initiative. Ariba and Collabria share a common goal of delivering e-business solutions that offer
dramatic cost efficiencies in business-to-business supply chains. Collabria's print supply chain
solution enhances Ariba's enterprise commerce and procurement services with significant print
production and management savings."

"We are pleased to add Collabria to the rapidly growing number of supplier companies participating
in the Ariba Network service," said Dave Rome, vice president of marketing, Ariba. "By making
Collabria PrintCommerce e-business service readily available to all organizations using Ariba
e-commerce solutions, Ariba and Collabria will jointly provide our customers with the opportunity to
conduct business more efficiently and to reap the benefits of e-commerce."

By integrating cXML into Collabria PrintCommerce, Collabria customers (printers and resellers) will
be able to leverage their e-commerce investments and maintain differentiation. They can make their
services and brand presence directly accessible to print buyers through the Ariba Network service.
Buyers benefit through direct access to Collabria's print management solutions from Ariba's cXML
Internet Catalog feature.

With Collabria becoming one of more than 100 ASL members, Collabria and its customers gain an
e-commerce distribution channel to domestic and international corporate buyers using Ariba
e-commerce solutions. The Ariba network of buying organizations includes 12 Fortune 100
companies as well as many industry leaders in the Global 2000. These industry leaders include
Andersen Consulting, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Charles Schwab & Co., Chevron, Cisco Systems, CNA
