the situation from my perspective is that these guys were probably bamboozled somehow. deguzman most likely the individual spearheading the big con. however, any person without moral turpitude, walsh maybe, could have been in on it. maybe felderhoof was left out of the loop.

p.s. maybe deguzman was wacked by walsh as the fall guy.
