Took position in CHTR at 22.125. Too big a float to gap down tomorrow if we get bad economic news. This company had last quarter revenue of $380 million and 1998 revenue of $1.4 billion. It's market cap may appear high, but it is less than 3X revenue. A bargain imo. Add to that underwriters Goldman, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, DLJ, and Bear Stearns and majority holder Paul Allen and you have a sure winner. May just take some time for float to be absorbed.
